National Institute of Dramatic Art
NIDA, the National Institute of Dramatic Arts, is one of the world's elite training institutes for the performing arts. It is also the owner and operator of one of Sydney's most stunning commercial venues, The Parade Theatres, which won a Sulman Award for architecture. The extensive suite of venues includes foyer spaces, function rooms, a boardroom/reception room, courtyard and theatres. The Parade Theatres cater for breakfasts, lunches or dinners from banquets of up to 350 in the spectacular foyer to intimate meals on the theatre stage. The four theatres and nine rehearsal rooms also give it the capacity to host theatre events, from lectures and seminars to full-scale theatrical productions.
